2014 RSC July Red, Week 2

After playing with red scraps this week I'll add four Scrappy Happy Houses, two 6.5" red sampler blocks and a cotton knitted dishcloth to my collections.
To see what others made with their red scraps, go here Saturday morning.

Love the blooming house (window and chimney)! Great red houses... and a dish cloth too! Do you crochet at all? I've downloaded a couple of free crochet dish cloths that I might give a shot for some variety. I've always just knitted them.

They all look great, especially the happy scrappy houses! I just signed up for a Bonnie workshop next January making those...I am going to play around with them ahead of time if I get time!

Happy houses! (It's the red paint.) Yes, the penguin and flowers in the window. It's the little touches that make it homey.
Love the other red blocks, too.
